About Us

Lisa Gault

I started out working for Hewlett Packard Finance while attending college in the evenings.  I meet Geoff when I was 23.  I left the corporate world to work with Geoff on a business of our own in 1985.

Geoff and I shifted into real estate in the early 90's.  I had my own appraisal company and Geoff moved out of Construction into real estate loans and sales.  I eventually followed him into real estate, sitting for my real estate license in 1996.  I not only represented buyers and sellers on the purchase of homes, I learned to be a very successul loan agent.

With my knowledge of appraising and my experience as a mortgage broker, I helped 100's of buyer and sellers purchase, sell and refinance their homes.  A native to Silicon Valley, I know Santa Clara and surrounding 3 counties very well.

In 2008, the real estate market crashed.  Geoff and I and a few of our agents continued to represent buyers and sellers through those tough years.  We became well versed in Foreclosures (as we did in the mid 90's).  We also helped homeowners and home buyers through their Short sales and other financial hurdles.  We became versed in hard money lending and with our experience in construction, successfully rehabbed properties, flipping many homes for a profit.

Through all of this, Geoff and I have never stopped representing our buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of their homes throughout the Bay Area.  Now with over 30 years each in the business of Real Estate, we look forward to continuing to represent our clients into the future.

Since making my home in the Villages Golf and Country Club (an 55+ adult community), I have become a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  I have been buying and selling for Seniors and their families in the last several years.   I have helped clients with family attorneys, probates and other legal real estate issues.  I have successfully set up my father and other clients with reverse purchase mortgages.  A fantastic deal for seniors.  I can now say that I am an expert in the area of Real Estate for seniors.

I love helping my clients with what is often the biggest investment they have.  I am good at what I do because I love what I do.

I will be posting my referrals on the website, but until then, just ask.  I will forward them to you!

Best,

Geoffrey Gault -

I started in the business world when I was 18 years old by creating and running a lawn aerating company.

A few years later I became a union apprentice carpenter.  After a four-year apprenticeship, I became a Journeyman Carpenter. Subsequently, I became a Foreman and then Superintendant for several commercial, General Building Contractors.

In 1983 I sat for and passed the California State exam to become a General Building Contractor. Later I started my own construction company and performed mostly residential construction until 1985 when I built a 30,000 square foot commercial building for a manufacturing company. For the next seven years I built another half million square feet of commercial concrete, wood frame and tenant improvement construction.

In 1992, I got out of the construction business and became a real estate agent for the company I  now own. At that time, the company was primarily a mortgage loan company. Shortly after starting as an agent I began to sell REOs for several lenders. This came about from my associations with those lenders as a loan agent and spawned a new company that specialized in the sale of foreclosures (REOs).

From 1992 through 1995 I sold more than 200 REOs for those lenders. In 1994, I bought the Real Estate Division I had started and later that year I purchased the mortgage division and became the Broker of the company.

Since then, I have sold and/or financed more than 500 homes. I also built two of my own homes in that time period.

From 2003 until 2008 I was fortunate enough to have the time to work full time doing volunteer work for my church and our local community which is where my heart lies. I feel like our local communities have given me opportunities I would not have had anywhere else. So giving back to our community is very important to me.

In late 2008 I felt it was important to not only help in our community but to go back to work full time in real estate and mortgages.

These are very interesting times with many real estate investment opportunities if one has money.

If you are looking for any advice on what the hottest investment in the market place is feel free to call or email me. There are some highly profitable investment opportunities available at this time.

All the best,

Geoffrey Gault, Broker
